The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was great, close to a shopping center and Remington Park. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had central heating, a TV, and a microwave. The bathroom was spacious with a good drainage system.

They had us booked in the wrong room then offered us our original room at a higher rate and when we complained about that they give us 2 complimentary breakfast coupons that they later charges us $20 for which claimed to be a buffet but sadly was not and then they charged us a $25 incident fee .... it took over a week and numerous phone calls to get that back...

Ashley the bartender was excellent and Taron the front desk associate was extremely helpful.

I don't know what his name is but the tall, slender African American male with glasses... (Xavier I think??) was very unprofessional. He claimed to be the front desk supervisor which was later also confirmed by 2 other associates. We had an issue with an over charge to our cards and instead of thoroughly investigating the issue, he tried to talk us around in circles and immediately placed the blame on the banks/credit card companies. There was no apology and he was very nonchalant about everything. Being a administrative trainer, I felt a very personal impact because I would never let anyone on my team handle a client in the manner that he did. In my experience, whether it be our fault or another, respecting a client for confronting the issue and understanding and being sympathetic to where the issue was misunderstood is very important to customer service. I think it would be advisable for the Human Resources department to thoroughly review who they're putting the integrity of their business in the hands of before they see a tremendous decline in customer satisfaction. Additionally, there was a refund to my account so although the gentleman swore it wasn't a mistake made on the hotel's end; I appreciate it being resolved.

Spacious and modern room with a big bathroom. It had everything you'd need like heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave - super handy for a comfy stay! 🛋️

The rooms with a large bathroom, double bed and an inside open balcony. A lot of good options for meal...

The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless and huge with great beds. The airport was a comfortable and perfect 16-mile distance from here. All staff were genuinely helpful and very amiable.

Food (breakfast) poor, service good. This was the only meal we ate at the hotel.

Convenient location near popular attractions like the memorial and zoo. Room amenities include microwave and refrigerator. Swimming pool and hot tub available. Bar with friendly bartender and good drinks. a standard and enjoyable experience.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Oklahoma City North, An Ihg Hotel provided a delightful breakfast experience. the staff's professionalism and helpfulness added a pleasant touch to the stay.

Smelly building, broken AC in room 117, tv malfunction in room 118, changing rooms at midnight with no assistance, etc.

Loved the pillows and quick access to the highway.
